Chapter 10- Stop Snoring Naturally

I don’t know why, but until now all the aids I tested are products you can buy and most of them do work, but is there another way? Can we train ourselves not to snore? The human mind is so powerful, why can’t we try it?

I grabbed my laptop and made a long research. I came to conclusion that we can solve the snoring problem naturally, we can stop snoring naturally, all we need to do is try. I kept looking and I came across several eBooks that were claiming to teach me how to stop snoring naturally, without all those sprays, strips and devices. So I began looking for reviews and after 4 long hours of research, I had a list of 7 good eBooks that were recommended by many people who said those books worked for them. I bought the whole 7 eBooks and I couldn’t wait, so I read them all, one by one. Those books contain so much information; I knew I can’t remember it all. I took a pen and I wrote every good advice I got from them, sorted by the book name.

stop snoring ebooks

I am sure you want to know whether or not I stopped snoring- I did! That leads me to one conclusion- YOU CAN STOP SNORING NATURALLY!!! All you need to do is exercise your brain and muscles, that’s it.
The authors of those books all had it; they were snoring just like I did, just like you do. Some of them tried the usual products and it didn’t work for them. That’s why the developed unique methods to train the mind and the body, and it worked for them just like it worked for me. It WILL work for you too, just try it!

Now I have 7 e-books that have good reputation and I read them all. They are all great, but I picked the best 3 eBooks for you, so I’ll be able to make your life a little bit easier. I’m sure you don’t want to buy 7 books like I did, that’s why I want to tell you which book contains the most valuable information, and here is my ranking:

#1- The Stop Snoring Exercise Program (49$)
#2- Snore Buster (47$)
#3- How to cure sleep apnea without CPAP (47$)

Why did I choose The Stop Snoring Exercise Program to be #1?

Well, I read 7 books and this one is the best. It contains 99% of the information and the methods the author gives are phenomenal. The author describe how he came to the idea and gives you a step by step instructions on how to stop snoring, just like 1,2,3.
The other books are good too, but I’m telling you, I read them all and this one is great. Just make sure you read it all, take the time, everything is going to be alright.

Do I recommend buying this book?

Yes I do, for several reasons:
1) It works. It worked for me, for my father and for thousands of other people.
2) It’s permanent. You don’t have to renew it and there is no product to fix or replace. Just good instructions and exercise that will last for good. Just do it once and forget about snoring forever!
3) It’s so cheap. How much will the CPAP cost you? The nasal strips that you need to renew? The pillow? They all cost hundreds and they won’t be there forever. This is a one-time deal and that’s it. 49$ and a few hours of exercise- it can’t be any cheaper.

I know you hate snoring. I know you prefer stop snoring naturally than any other product or aid. I know snoring Sucks!

I don’t know what else I can do, I promised I’ll find a way to help myself and the readers and that’s it, that’s the way, it stopped and I don’t snore anymore. You can too.

Don’t wait, get the book- Stop Snoring Now!

After reading your entire journey i decided to go for it. I bought the book. few days later, I told my wife about it. now we both stopped snoring and my wife told me to come back here and thank you, so here I am.

Do you know why many experts keep recommending buying expensive stuff rather this book?

Hey Alex,

I’m thrilled to know I helped you and your wife. thank you for coming back, I hope you’ll pay it forward.

about the so called “experts”, some of them want to sell and some are just “old school”. I have a post about this subject where some experts actually recommended buying a book to guide you through the process and a survey that proves how good books are. here is the post: http://allstopsnoringaids.com/snoring-solutions-recent-servey-discover-what-really-works/

man, you are very patient if you read all this information. many people I know (including me), wont go through all those words just to pick the best tips that will actually help. there is lot’s of BS in the internet and it’s people like you who help us, the lazy guys.

anyway, I bought the book last week and I see good results already.

Thanks Ben :-)

I read it all, there is no need for others to read it all over again, so I decided to help you guys.

If you don’t mind, did you buy other aids before you bought the book? or was it your first time buying?

yeah I bought nasal strips before and even went to some kind of therapy with salt. I went to the doctor and he recommended buying CPAP. I came home, searched a bit about it and came here. the rest of the story end by me buying a 49$ book instead of spending X10 more than that.

can you please tell me what is the difference between the books? I’m a bit short in money right now, so i don’t want to spend more than I need. thanks.

Hi Jennifer,
as I said, the #1 book have most of the things you need to know, the exercises and is well explained.
you can buy the 3rd book, it’s good enough and you will stop snoring with it too, it just might be a little bit harder to understand, but it will work.
Go head and buy it, it doesn’t matter what book you choose, just stick to what it says.

What you’re defining as snoring may be the huge intake of air through the nose and mouth at the same time after an apnea (breathing stopping).
My husband went with me when I first saw a sleep specialist. Based on just what my husband said, the doctor said I probably had sleep apnea. Sure enough, a sleep study showed I was having frequent apneas, the longest one lasted 54 seconds!
That was in 2000, and I have used a CPAP ever since. Sleep apnea runs in my family. We have malformed soft and hard palates. Members of my family who are of normal weight also have sleep apnea. It was thought for many years that obesity causes sleep apnea, and it can, but for most of us with sleep apnea, the sleep apnea came first and the weight gain then started.

CPAP did help me, but it makes noises and it’s not so fun when you go to vacations or to visit family. this book is amazing!

I know what you mean, it’s embarrassing when you have to take the CPAP with you.

We always look for the most convenient way and that’s great. life meant to be good, and they are :-)

My husband snores like a beast…even when he sleeps on his side. It’s really starting to cut into my sleep.

I realize this sounds stupid and it does not work as well any more. But when we were first married and my husband started snoring, I could kiss his cheek and the snoring would stop! It’s not quite as a effective 4 years later…

I think I will buy the book and give him to read. I can’t stand it anymore!

good luck!

it sound like you had enough of it, just tell him to be consistent and he will see some good results in a matter of days.
